The 25th edition of Saint-Quentin's Westenr Festival is already here. Needless to say that it will be rich in events and new developments, with copious activities. Thumbs up to all the volunteers who have worked in the realization of this leading tourism event. The municipal council and I are pleased to welcome all visitors to our major happening of summer.
