As Town Mayor, it's a pleasure to invite you at the 24rd Edition of the Western Festival of Saint-Quentin.

Once more, the committee has made every effort to bring you an exciting and colourful festival with brand new activities.  The success of this cultural and touristic event owes a great deal to the visitors and citizens who take part in it every year.
