Reservation choices for the stands *


Choice 1 - Closed stand *

We have 6 covered and closed stands of 8 x 12 feet. The person responsible for the rental gets a key upon his arrival so he can lock the door to his stand.

A window at the front of the stand can be opened to advertise the products or services. People can walk inside to see your products.

Only the electricity is included in the price of the stand.

The stands can only be rented for the whole Festival period and not just the weekend. You can start setting up on Tuesday during the day.

Persons from Saint-Quentin :

$150 / week (Wednesday to Sunday) – including pow-pow

Persons from outside Saint-Quentin :
$300 / week (Wednesday to Sunday) – including pow-pow


Choice 2 - Site reservation *

This choice is for those who already have their equipment and possess their own stand or need a larger area. A 12 x 25 feet area is allocated per rental. Upon your arrival, a Festival committee member will assign you a space. Only the electricity is included in the price of the rental. You will be charged extra if you need more space.

Persons from Saint-Quentin :

$50 / day
$75 / 3 days (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
$100 / 5 days (Tuesday to Sunday) – including pow-pow

Persons from outside Saint-Quentin :
$75 / day
$175 / 3 days (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
$225 / 5 days (Tuesday to Sunday) – including pow-pow


POW-POW - Thursday, July 10, 2008 *

This activity takes place on the Town's Main Street . The highway is closed from 6 p.m. until midnight . People can travel on foot only; vehicles are not authorized, except in case of emergency. The purpose of this activity is to allow families to spend time together, gather with friends and meet new people. This is a great opportunity for businesses to introduce their products and offer their services.

The exhibitor can display their products on Canada Street on the day of the Pow-Wow only and the Western Festival is not responsible for your comfort. This year , you must set up your stand in the space assigned and managed by the Festival committee. You must be at the Arena before 11:00 a.m. in order to receive your assigned space. We are aware that you would all prefer being close to the church but due to electricity problems, we have to set up the stands all along Canada Street . The spaces on Canada Street will be allotted through a drawing. We ask that you follow the instructions since there will be a verification.

This year, the persons from outside the Saint-Quentin region who wish to exhibit at the Pow-Wow only, will have to pay a $75.00 registration fee. The persons who are showing all week will not have to pay this fee. However, the persons who wish to exhibit during this activity only or are showing at the Festival site for less than 4 days will have to pay the fee.

• In case of cancellation, the deposit you sent will not be refunded.
• As soon as you arrive on site, you must proceed to the reception area so we can assign you a space.
• The Festival is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
• A maximum of 2 salespersons will be allowed per stand. If, however, you need more than 2 persons, we will take note.
• If you use your vehicle for the stand, it must stay in place for the duration of the exhibition. This year, no vehicles will be allowed to circulate on the Festival site unless arrangements were made at the time the contract was signed. Also, this vehicle must fit in your rental space.
• Except for electricity, the Western Festival will neither rent nor lend any equipment for the operation of your stand.(Ex.:tables/chairs)
• We ask that you follow the instructions since there will be a verification.
